We are a small company (less then 10 people) located in Pittsburgh, PA We serve all housing needs in the metro area.

Our focus is on Residential Real Estate, but we do work with clients on finding Commercial / Industrial buildings or Land lots.

Office hours are 7:30am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, but someone is always available to answer the phone outside of business hours.
General services we provide:

We buy properties that need to be fixed, restored or upgraded

We provide homes / apartments for rent; we also can find the client a house / apartment, if we don't have anything available.

We provide financing for qualified clients for our homes.

We offer Rent-to-Own program for qualified buyers.

We provide market information and advice for people (for free) who are looking to sell or buy a home, even if they choose not to use our services.

We offer investment opportunities for those who are looking to get into Real Estate.
